This job is provided by apna.co As a Sales Associate at Square Yards, you’ll lead a dynamic team to drive revenue by reaching out to potential Leads, and strong customer relationships in the real estate market.
Roles & Responsibilities
📍 Work schedule: 9:30A.M. - 7:00A.M.
Wednesday to Sunday : Work from office
📞 Daily Activities
Make 250+ outbound calls every day to potential clients
Identify and qualify prospects from cold data calling
🏡 Client Engagement
Invite and coordinate client site visits, by explaining the project details.
Present project details and address client queries.
Drive closures and achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
🔹 Bachelor’s degree
🔹 Minimum 1+ year of experience in sales or telecalling.
🔹 Strong communication
🔹 Passion for customer service and team success.
Compensation, Perks & Benefits
💰 Uncapped incentives: Earn INR 50,000/- per month on achieving basic targets; 1 Lakh+ with consistent performance.
📈 High earnings potential: 40% incentives on exceeding base team targets.
