Role Overview

Drive sales growth by acquiring clients, building relationships, and promoting strategic real estate investments. Act as a trusted advisor while contributing to Square Yards’ international expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Identify market trends and investment opportunities.

Build and maintain strong client and channel-partner relationships.

Present solutions, negotiate terms, and close deals.

Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets and maintain CRM records.

Desired Skills

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Experience in sales-driven industries (Real Estate, BFSI, Insurance, FMCG, Telecom, Pharma).

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proficient in MS Office/CRM tools.
