As part of the Business Application Consulting team, you’ll focus on software development for Guidewire applications. In the Senior Associate role, you’ll solve complex problems, mentor junior team members, and uphold high standards to deliver impactful solutions while cultivating strong client relationships.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written)
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies
• Experience in the insurance domain, especially Property & Casualty
  
  

What Sets You Apart

• Expertise in Advanced SQL, with a preference for PostgreSQL
• Hands-on experience with AWS Glue and PySpark for batch processing and ETL workflows
• Solid understanding of distributed computing in big data environments
• Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Guidewire applications
• Prior work experience with a conversion team focused on ETL processes is preferred
