  • Developing and implementing revenue strategies, including in-game sales, promotions and pricing strategies
  • Regularly report, monitor and analyze key revenue metrics
  • Design revenue forecasts and drive revenue performance to achieve business targets
  • Oversee operations of the in-game store, including content updates and promotional activities
  • Conceptualize and execute new revenue events to boost revenue metrics
  • Execute revenue plans effectively through collaboration with stakeholders and internal teams
  • Gather comprehensive feedback from local users and develop a strong understanding of their needs and preferences

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a finance, business, engineering or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in revenue forecasting and management or equivalent, preferably from gaming industry
  • Proficient in analyzing large datasets and extracting key insights to build revenue strategies
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a strong ability to make data-driven decisions and solve problems effectively
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple revenue-related projects effectively
  • Fluent in one of the local language in India, preferably Hindi, to effectively engage with local players
  • Strong passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem
