Summary

The Assistant Sales Manager/ Sr. Executive is the business owner of its assigned regional Business Unit and actively leads all the Sales, Marketing and support efforts in its region.

He/She is responsible to achieve the sales, marketing and support objectives in its region.

He/She will actively work out feasible sales and marketing plans and support the implementation of these.

He/She ensures that the Sales-Offices and Key Customers within his/her region have all needed Marketing, MARCOM and Sales tools to achieve the set targets.

He/She works closely with the Product Management, local, to ensure that the region has the appropriate product portfolio.

What Youll Do

  • Create and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve targeted product and market position for his/her assigned Business region.
  • Works out feasible regional Business sales and expenses budgets and supports the accomplishments of them.
  • Ensure adequate availability of suitable physical infrastructure such as office, engineering or warehousing space, IT infrastructure, etc. for Belimo support business.
  • Active participation in the development of the distribution policy for each sales area in his/her region.
  • Ongoing evaluation of the company’s market share position in his/her assigned region.
  • Recommend pricing strategies and sales policies for all sales channels in his/her Divisional Unit to the Head of the Region
  • Support of the Sales- offices and Key Customers in the areas of Sales & Marketing, and product knowledge and application
  • Planning and active participation in national/regional shows.
  • Coordinates his/her Divisional efforts and shares the best practice with other regions
  • Coordination with the Communication department in the efficient use of communication tools and efficient printing of documentation and advertising materials.
  • Foster a proactive and professional working culture within his/her Business region and their customers.

Who You Are

Educational Qualifications & Experience

  • 5-8 years’ experience in relevant industry.
  • Well conversant with HVAC / Chilled water systems. (Air-cooled and water cooled chillers).
  • Preparing offers, handling techno-commercial discussions, closing orders.
  • Target based selling with adherence to the companys sales process & policies.
  • Acquiring the skill set & knowledge required to show value proposition to the clients / System providers.
  • Establish and sustain relationships with existing and new clients / consultants for continuous growth.
  • Good at communication and presentations.
