The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. As part of the Software Engineering team you will design, implement, and enhance enterprise-grade data center infrastructure, making sure resilient and scalable solutions. As a Senior Associate, you will lead data center migrations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud services, while navigating complex technical challenges and enhancing your personal brand in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 8 years of experience as a full stack engineer
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• Proven experience in designing enterprise-grade DC infrastructure
• Leading data center migrations and consolidations
• Designing physical and logical LLDs for data centers
• Defining access and security zoning and network segmentation
• Enabling hybrid architecture with cloud integration
• Supporting cloud/hybrid migrations for various databases
• Demonstrating knowledge of compliance with standards
• Possessing skills in backup and disaster recovery planning
• Design, implement, and optimize enterprise-grade DC infrastructure across compute, storage, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and backup/DR.
• Lead DC migrations, consolidations, or greenfield builds with redundancy, power/cooling, and cluster-level HA.
• Able to design physical and logical LLDs (rack/unit layouts, IP/firewall topology, fiber mapping) and integrate with monitoring/DCIM tools.
• Define access and security zoning, network segmentation, encryption at rest/in-transit, and compliance with internal/external standards.
• Enable hybrid architecture by integrating with cloud for DR, burst, backup, using secure pipes (VPN, MPLS, ExpressRoute).
• Support cloud/hybrid migrations for databases (SQL/MongoDB/Postgres) including replication tuning and DR/BCP planning.
