In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Staffing and Deployment team you will implement process improvements that enhance operational effectiveness and support talent management initiatives. As a Senior Associate, you will lead process execution, mentor junior team members, and build sturdy stakeholder relationships while navigating complex deployment challenges to secure timely and impactful outcomes.

What You Must Have

• Bachelors Degree
• 4.5 years of experience in in software development and project delivery, with at least 1 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft-based technologies, including: C#, .NET (Core/6.0 or later), ASP.NET, Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, API Management), SQL Server and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, CosmosDB, or similar)
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks: React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Deep understanding of application integration using REST APIs and microservices-based architecture.
• Strong grasp of software design patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.) and secure coding practices.
• Clear understanding of Domain Driven Design.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and DevOps practices.
• Ability to manage technical delivery while handling competing priorities in a global, matrixed organization.
