• Technical Leadership
• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications.
• Make strategic technical decisions for backend (APIs, databases, infrastructure) and frontend (UI frameworks, UX).
• Ensure high code quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices.
• Team Management
• Lead and mentor a team of 10 engineers across frontend, backend, and DevOps.
• Assign and monitor tasks, collaborate with scrim master for the daily updates and communication.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Project Ownership
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and QA to define technical requirements and deliverables.
• Own end-to-end delivery of projects, from planning to production deployment and post-launch support.
• Innovation and Improvement
• Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve development efficiency.
• Define and enforce coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
  

• 8+ years of experience in software development with a strong track record of building full-stack applications.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams.
• Expertise in modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
• Strong backend experience with technologies like Node.js, Python, C#, or similar.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and version control (Git).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to balance hands-on development with leadership responsibilities.
