As a Visual Merchandiser, you play an integral role in shaping the customer experience and driving sales by creating visually compelling product displays. In this position, your primary responsibility is to design eye-catching store layouts and window displays that attract potential customers and retain existing ones. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to promote sales and customer retention.
• Design and execute seasonal window displays and in-store layouts aligned with marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with store managers to ensure store presentation adheres to company standards.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to inform future layout adjustments and improvements.
• Coordinate with graphic design teams to ensure visual elements support promotional themes.
• Train and mentor in-store staff on visual merchandising best practices and trends.
• Maintain strong brand consistency across all visual displays and merchandising efforts.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess and implement changes to displays and layouts.
• Manage inventory for display props, fixtures, and merchandise required for store layouts.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Ensure all products are displayed strategically to highlight features and benefits to customers.
• Plan and execute special visual projects for high-traffic retail periods like holidays and sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or similar role in a retail environment.
• Strong artistic ability, with excellent conceptual design and corporate branding skills.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including nights and weekends as required for specific projects.
