Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and call quotas.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming inquiries from customers and prospects.
  • Resolve any customer issues or complaints to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Utilize scripts and actively listen to tailor conversations to customers' needs.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to achieve shared company goals.
  • Analyze customer feedback and relay valuable insights to the management team.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve sales and communication skills.
  • Provide feedback to the team leader regarding customer communication strategies.
  • Track and report call activity details to accurately assess performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service/sales role.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Ability to manage stress and handle challenging customer interactions calmly.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in using customer database software and CRM tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education will be advantageous.
  • Empathetic, patient, and committed to achieving customer satisfaction goals.
