We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services over the phone to potential customers. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in a professional manner.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
  • Record and manage accurate customer and sales data in the CRM system.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate information.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings and features.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture sales opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Participate in sales training sessions to improve product knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software are required.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexible to work in different shifts including evenings or weekends.
