Job Description

A Tele Caller Executive plays a pivotal role in executing the communication strategies of a company by reaching out to potential and existing customers via telephone. This dynamic role involves engaging with clients to promote products, services, or solutions, and resolving any inquiries they may have. As a Tele Caller Executive, you are the voice of the organization and a crucial link in generating leads, closing sales deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to support business growth and enhance brand awareness. Your ability to effectively communicate and persuade will contribute significantly to achieving the organization's objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
  • Answer incoming calls from current customers and address their queries professionally.
  • Maintain a detailed record of conversations and customer feedback in the CRM system.
  • Generate leads by identifying potential customers and compiling data for follow-up.
  • Provide product information and handle objections to close sales deals successfully.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management team.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective communication strategies.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products or services for them.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer demographics and preferences.
  • Follow-up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and retention.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and engaging voice.
  • Strong sales acumen with a proven track record in outbound calling campaigns.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and ability to manage large amounts of calls daily.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Communications or related field preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage data, follow-up lists, and call schedules.
  • Empathy and patience to address customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
