Scrum Master - L2 (225-617)

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master - L2 to join our dynamic and innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience in leveraging these methodologies to enhance project delivery and team efficiency. As a Scrum Master - L2, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring scrum teams, ensuring scrum practices are adhered to, and facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders. This role is pivotal in helping teams to deliver the best product increments on schedule while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and learning. Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and review meetings effectively.
• Ensure that the team follows the principles of Agile and Scrum practices consistently.
• Identify and remove impediments to improve team productivity and efficiency.
• Act as a bridge between the team and external stakeholders, protecting the team from outside interruptions.
• Mentor and coach Scrum team members to increase Agile maturity within the team.
• Lead and coordinate with multiple Scrum teams in a scaled Agile environment.
• Facilitate team problem-solving sessions and decision-making processes for the projects.
• Monitor team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog effectively.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment that values continuous improvement.
• Organize and lead agile-related training for the team and key stakeholders.
• Prepare and present reports on team progress, triumphs, and challenges periodically.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or similar certification along Agile frameworks.
• Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices and principles.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills are required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Proven track record of successfully leading teams in an agile environment to deliver results.
