Job Description

As a Sales Executive for Packaged Drinking Water, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with clients within the packaged water industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitive activity. Your strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and sales expertise will enable you to secure and retain key accounts across different channels, including retail, corporate, and hospitality. Your efforts will not only contribute to the overall revenue targets of the company but also position our brand as a reliable and preferred choice among consumers. The role requires a deep understanding of the beverage industry's dynamics, sales processes, and consumer behaviors to effectively position and sell our products.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets and accounts.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve established sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote products.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients to showcase products' value.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and agreements to maximize profit and ensure mutual satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review and decision-making.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and brand awareness campaigns.
  • Collect feedback and testimonials from customers to improve product and service offerings.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the team's overall revenue goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven sales experience in the FMCG industry, specifically packaged beverages.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapting sales strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales performance tracking tools.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.
