Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field is preferred.
• At least two years of experience working with preschool-aged children is advantageous.
• Demonstrated knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
• Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with children and parents.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt to various learning needs.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly recommended for emergencies.
