Responsibilities

• Develop accurate MEP drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software tools.

• Revise and update plans as construction progresses and changes occur.

Requirements

• A diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or architectural drafting.
• Proficiency in using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar programs.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in drafting and design tasks.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating in multidisciplinary teams.
• Previous experience in MEP drafting or similar roles within the construction industry is preferred.
