Job Description

The Marketing Executive plays a crucial role in planning and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and enhance market presence. They work closely with marketing teams and cross-functional departments to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to meet organizational goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to design marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform product development and marketing strategy.
  • Manage and oversee social media channels to optimize engagement and brand presence.
  • Collaborate with external agencies for advertising and promotional activities.
  • Create and distribute promotional content such as newsletters, brochures, and digital campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to senior management.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities and lead initiatives to capitalize on them.
  • Ensure that all marketing materials are in line with the company's brand identity.
  • Track competitor activities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Organize and participate in marketing events and conferences to enhance brand recognition.
  • Manage budget allocations for marketing activities within the allocated limits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a marketing role or similar position.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze market data and consumer feedback effectively.
  • Proficient in marketing software and tools such as CRM systems and analytics platforms.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
