We are seeking a passionate and experienced Graphic Design Faculty member to join our dynamic academic team. Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging and effective graphic design curriculum to students.
• Instruct students through lectures, hands-on projects, and live demonstrations.
• Continuously update course materials to reflect current industry trends and technologies.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and examinations.
• Mentor and guide students in developing their unique design styles and portfolios.
• Collaborate with faculty members to improve curriculum and instructional methodologies.
• Organize workshops and guest lectures from industry professionals for added insights.
• Maintain industry connections to help students network and explore career opportunities.
• Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum planning, and professional development sessions.
• Advise students on academic and career paths in the field of graphic design.
• Regularly update and maintain classroom technology and software to industry standards.
• Encourage a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Proven teaching experience at a college or university level is preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and accomplishments.
• Excellent proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills to engage diverse student groups.
• Commitment to fostering a collaborative and innovative learning environment.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their academic and creative goals.
