Job Description

The Field Marketing Executive is a pivotal role in any organization aiming to expand its market reach and enhance brand awareness through direct and indirect engagement with the target audience. This position requires an individual who is not only adept in marketing principles but is also capable of executing marketing strategies and campaigns in the field.   • Maintain and manage budgets allocated for field marketing activities efficiently.
  • Create detailed reports on the outcomes and impacts of field marketing engagements.
  • Ensure brand message consistency across all channels and marketing materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in field marketing or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and customer engagement strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM systems is essential.
  • Aptitude for fostering partnerships with stakeholders and community leaders.
