As a Senior Consultant specializing in Veeva Vault you will leverage your expertise to drive successful implementations and migrations for our clients. Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Veeva Vault solutions for QMS Submissions and Registrations ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
• Oversee the migration of existing systems to Veeva Vault ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Provide expert guidance on the Veeva Vault Platform optimizing its use to enhance regulatory processes and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and configure Veeva Vault solutions that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for clients and internal teams to ensure effective use of Veeva Vault solutions.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Veeva Vault implementations ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in Veeva Vault and regulatory requirements to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Support the development of best practices and standard operating procedures for Veeva Vault implementations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and methodologies related to Veeva Vault projects.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards throughout the implementation and migration processes.
• Foster strong relationships with clients acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for Veeva Vault-related inquiries.
  
  

• Possess a strong background in Veeva Vault for QMS Submissions and Registrations with proven experience in successful implementations.
• Demonstrate expertise in Veeva Vault Migrations ensuring seamless transitions and data integrity.
• Exhibit proficiency in the Veeva Vault Platform with the ability to configure and optimize solutions for regulatory purposes.
• Have experience in the Regulatory-Veeva domain with a deep understanding of industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Show capability in working within a hybrid work model effectively managing tasks both remotely and on-site.
• Display excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
