Position: Speech Therapist

Location: Bangalore (Hosa Road)

Industry: Child Development Centre

Qualification & Experience: MASLP with 2+ Years or BASLP with 3+ Years of experience

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face

Salary: up to INR 70,000/-

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments using standardised speech-language evaluation tools.

• Design and implement individualised therapy plans targeting speech, language, communication, and oral motor skills.

• Address concerns such as articulation, fluency, language delays, speech-sound disorders, and social communication.

• Collaborate with developmental paediatricians, occupational and behavioural therapists for integrated care.

• Guide parents on home-based strategies and progress updates.

• Maintain detailed session documentation and updates in the clinic EMR

• Support therapy package discussions and parent onboarding.

• Conduct at-home therapy consultation and sessions to reinforce treatment goals and improve child development.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Registered with RCI or a relevant licensing body.

• Expertise in childhood speech, language, and communication disorders.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage children and counsel families.

• Team-oriented with a holistic care mindset.

• Immediate - 15 Days, Joiners will be preferred
