Project Manager

Description

Aveosoft Pvt. Ltd., a leading provider of innovative IT solutions based in Ahmedabad, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience working in an IT company and will be responsible for the successful execution of projects while demonstrating strong leadership skills. The Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met within scope, budget, and timeline.

Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and task assignments.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to ensure high performance.
• Provide direction and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Assist in resolving any conflicts or challenges that may arise during project execution.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
• Facilitate meetings, presentations, and discussions with stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Risk Management and Issue Resolution:

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Address and resolve issues promptly to minimize project disruptions.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date, including project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project progress and performance.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
• Collaborate with QA teams to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Process Improvement:

• Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
• Implement best practices and project management methodologies to optimize project execution.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in an IT environment.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
• Experience in executing projects on time and within budget.
