Junior Accountant QuickBooks CA Firm

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant with knowledge of QuickBooks for our Chartered Accountancy firm. The role will focus on handling day-to-day accounting entries, supporting senior accountants, and ensuring accuracy in financial records.

Key Responsibilities :

• Record day-to-day accounting transactions in QuickBooks.
• Assist in maintaining general ledgers, journals, and trial balances.
• Support senior accountants with reconciliations, reporting, and audits.
• Prepare basic financial reports and assist in data entry for client accounts.
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of all entries.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
• Coordinate with clients for sharing and updating financial data.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Commerce/Accounting
• Basic knowledge of QuickBooks (mandatory).
• Understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting tools.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply.
