Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Foster a strong working relationship with the office
- Manage performance appraisal systems and ensure timely feedback mechanisms.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Design and implement training and development programmes to enhance employee skills.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive organisational change and development.
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration to ensure employee satisfaction.
A successful Head of Human Resources should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices with GCCsGCCs or shared services setups
- Expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and influence across all levels of the organisation.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
