Our Client is a global manager of alternative investments, with $40 billion in assets managed across 6 asset classes: Private Equity, Real Estate, Credit Management, Absolute Return Investments, Infrastructure and Strategic Capital
Job Description
- Evaluation of new deals or potential investments
- Due diligence and deal execution
- Portfolio monitoring and asset management
- Oversee and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and reporting obligations
- Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) and private equity operations in GIFT City
- Participate in the design, structuring, and launch of new fund products, ensuring regulatory alignment and operational readiness.
- Experience Required: 5+ years of experience in financial institutions and investment banks
- Education Qualification: Chartered Accountant / MBA / CFA
- Sector Outlook: Exposure to Real Estate investments preferred/ Real Estate Deals at IPCs/Investment Banks
- Location: GIFT City
- Excellent communication skills and complete proficiency with MS-Office tools like Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Opportunity to work with a leading global alternative asset manager
- Opportunity to work in a front-end investment role
