Responsibilities

  • Create and manage a content calendar tailored to B2B SaaS audiences.
  • Develop and produce high-quality written materials, including blogs and whitepapers.
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop product-specific content and documentation.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent, and optimized for search engines.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align content strategies and campaigns.
  • Conduct research to gather insights into industry trends and customer needs.
  • Analyze content performance metrics to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Write case studies and testimonials to highlight customer success stories.
  • Develop and implement a content distribution strategy across multiple channels.
  • Edit and proofread content to maintain high editorial standards and accuracy.
  • Manage relationships with external writers and agencies for outsourced content.
  • Stay updated on the latest content marketing and B2B SaaS industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in content creation within the B2B or SaaS sectors.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and B2B marketing principles.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and turn them into content.
  • Experience with content management systems and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
