Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions for reference.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for further resolution as needed.
  • Use CRM tools to manage and track customer interactions and feedback effectively.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with clients to ensure resolution and build long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve the efficiency of customer support operations.
  • Stay informed about company updates, product modifications, and industry trends.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and customer service skills regularly.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to improve team workflow and customer interaction strategies.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling sensitive client information securely.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in international voice support or a similar customer service role required.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, confident, and friendly tone.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset for service excellence.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, phone systems, and other support software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on client needs.
  • Proficient in English; additional languages are a significant advantage in global communication.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus for career progression.
