Job Description

As a Service Engineer, you will be providing expert support and maintenance services for our cutting-edge products and systems.   • Identify recurring issues and recommend preventive measures to management.
  • Adhere to safety standards and protocols during all service operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a service engineering or technical support role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an aptitude for troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Flexibility to travel for on-site service visits as required.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in service operations.
