As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue and growing the business. You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, developing relationships with prospective clients, and turning opportunities into sales. Responsibilities

  • Identify and nurture new business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers and partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients with ease and confidence.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to expand brand presence and market reach.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with potential clients to secure sales.
  • Monitor competitors’ products, sales, and marketing activities to remain competitive.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis to ensure business growth.
  • Report on sales activities and customer feedback to the management team.
  • Participate in industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries to maintain satisfaction levels.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and developments to provide informed solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a relevant sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a results-oriented approach in sales dealings.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and digital sales tools is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
