As a Field Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our sales strategy, representing our brand and engaging directly with our customers to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities

  • Identify new sales opportunities and manage existing clients effectively to increase sales volumes.
  • Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Develop detailed product knowledge to present solutions that meet client needs.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of leads through strategic networking and referrals.
  • Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with potential clients on a regular basis.
  • Provide ongoing customer support and relationship management post-sale to maximize client retention.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on branding and promotional activities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote company products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a field sales or similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to varying work locations.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and recommend the right solutions effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation skills for achieving mutually beneficial agreements.
