Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate resources for effective resolution.
  • Follow-up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and improve service.
  • Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets consistently.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and procedures.
  • Handle and process orders, applications, and requests efficiently and accurately.
  • Offer product and service suggestions to meet customer needs more effectively.
  • Track and monitor customer feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Proven customer support experience or relevant experience is preferred.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities are essential.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices will be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently under pressure.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different personalities.
  • Basic proficiency in office software, such as word processors and spreadsheets.
