Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field required.

  • Strong knowledge of local and national commercial real estate markets.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with diverse client interactions.
  • Ability to interpret financial data and assess implications for transactions.
  • Proficiency with real estate databases, market analysis tools, and MS Office Suite.
  • Active real estate license in the jurisdiction of operation is mandatory.
