Job Description

As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of brand strategies to enhance brand equity and drive market growth. You will work closely with the Brand Manager to create and manage marketing plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and analyze market trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunity. This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners. Your goal will be to support the brand’s objectives and ensure alignment with overall business strategies, while contributing to the development of innovative marketing campaigns and ensuring consistency in brand messaging across all channels.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic brand plans to meet specific objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Support the brand manager in managing budgets, forecasting, and financial analysis for brand activities.
  • Work with creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials and brand content.
  • Monitor brand performance and develop insights to improve marketing strategies and consumer engagement.
  • Coordinate with external partners, including advertising agencies and media companies, to execute marketing plans.
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of promotional events and product launches.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing channels and consumer touchpoints.
  • Prepare detailed reports on brand performance and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Support in conducting consumer research studies to gather insights and feedback for brand development.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in brand management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field required.
  • At least two years of experience in brand management or marketing roles preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
