Advanced Excel Trainer (225-726)

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Advanced Excel Trainer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive Excel training sessions to a variety of audiences, ensuring participants enhance their understanding and capability in Excel. Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging and interactive Excel training sessions for participants.
• Create customized Excel training materials including manuals, exercises, and presentations.
• Assess the skill level of participants and tailor the training sessions accordingly.
• Ensure that training content is current and incorporates latest Excel features and functionalities.
• Conduct one-on-one sessions to provide personal feedback and insights to participants.
• Utilize a variety of training techniques to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
• Measure the effectiveness of training sessions and implement improvements as necessary.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and Excel advancements to enhance training material.
• Provide post-training support and assistance to resolve any further Excel-related queries.
• Work collaboratively with other trainers to develop comprehensive training programs.
• Empower participants by instilling confidence in their Excel skills and knowledge.
• Organize and manage online webinars and workshops related to Excel training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Excel Trainer or in a similar instructional role.
• Exceptional knowledge of advanced Excel features including VBA, macros, and pivot tables.
• Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively impart knowledge.
• Ability to design user-friendly and insightful training materials for varied audiences.
• Comfortable with both in-person and virtual training environments and technologies.
• Strong analytical skills to assess participant progress and adjust teaching methods.
