The Accounts and Admin Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative and financial processes. Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare and distribute invoices, payment requests, and payment vouchers efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation files.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements effectively.
  • Support finance team in preparing financial reports and spreadsheets as necessary.
  • Help in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis as requested.
  • Ensure timely deposits and reconciliation of bank and company accounts.
  • Organize and maintain office filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
  • Address administrative queries and provide necessary support to office staff.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers for office supplies procurement.
  • Assist in maintaining the overall office environment, adhering to organizational policies.
  • Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in administrative and accounting support roles for a minimum of two years.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work performance.
  • Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
