Responsibilities

• Maintain and update accurate financial records and ledgers in compliance with policies.

• Manage timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Conduct financial audits and resolve discrepancies or irregularities promptly.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and ensure efficient management of cash flow.
• Coordinate with external auditors and facilitate efficient audit processes.
• Develop and implement financial controls to safeguard company's assets effectively.
• Provide insightful forecasts and budgets to support business planning activities.
• Advise management on financial decisions by interpreting financial data correctly.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Review and manage tax compliance, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial strategies and goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• Professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) highly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel necessary.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
