Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager B2B to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will lead our sales efforts in the business-to-business sector, focusing on developing strategies to acquire new business clients and managing relationships with existing clients. The Sales Manager will be responsible for assessing business needs, developing effective sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. This role will require exceptional leadership and team-building skills, the ability to work independently, and a deep understanding of the B2B sales process. The successful candidate will have a track record of exceeding sales targets and a proven ability to work effectively with senior leadership to achieve company goals.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the B2B market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key business clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct negotiations and close deals with new and existing clients efficiently.

  • Collaborate with product development teams to provide customer feedback.
  • Organize training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge about products.
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the B2B sector.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and business development techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Leadership skills with experience managing and developing a sales team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and capable of using data analytics tools.
