  • Prepare and deliver timely sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Continuously update product knowledge to ensure clarity and confidence in client interactions.
  • Attend networking events and conferences to expand the company's market presence.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on client insights and market trends.
  • Identify and address client concerns promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong negotiation skills with an ability to maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Comprehensive understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • High degree of self-motivation and drive with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
