Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in all recruiting tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations is an advantage.
