Job Description

A Quality Executive is an essential player in maintaining the standards of products or services within a company.   • Resolve customer complaints related to product quality in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a quality management setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and regulatory standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and departments effectively.
  • Proficiency in using quality management software and tools is essential.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the capacity to guide and motivate teams.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting.
