Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dietitian to join our dedicated healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting healthy eating habits and providing nutritional support to our clients to help them achieve optimal health. As a Dietitian, you will work closely with individuals to assess dietary needs, develop personalized nutrition plans, and provide practical advice to improve their overall wellness. You will be responsible for keeping up-to-date with the latest nutritional research and trends to ensure our clients receive evidence-based advice. Your expertise will play a crucial role in disease prevention and management, empowering clients to make informed decisions regarding their diet and lifestyle.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments to evaluate individual dietary needs and health goals.
  • Develop customized nutrition plans and dietary recommendations for clients based on assessments.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate nutritional therapy into patient care plans.
  • Provide evidence-based dietary advice to promote healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes.
  • Monitor and evaluate clients' progress and adjust nutrition plans as necessary for improved outcomes.
  • Educate clients on label reading, food preparation, and nutritional information for better food choices.
  • Stay informed of current trends and evidence in nutrition science to provide up-to-date advice.
  • Conduct workshops and seminars on various nutrition-related topics to raise public health awareness.
  • Participate in the development of healthcare policies and programs related to nutrition and wellness.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Support research initiatives and projects aimed at improving nutritional guidelines and practices.
  • Advise on the planning of menus and food services in institutional settings such as hospitals or schools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) credential and valid license to practice in the respective region.
  • Minimum of two years of experience working in a clinical or community nutrition setting.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex nutritional information to clients.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities for crafting tailored nutrition plans.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and a deep commitment to evidence-based practices.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
