The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and productive. As the first point of contact for customers, this team member must be knowledgeable about the company's products and services, be able to resolve issues efficiently, and effectively communicate company policies and solutions to customers. Responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date with changes in product offerings and industry trends to better assist customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills related to customer service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service or related role preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, required.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail essential.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and patient demeanor.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business is a plus.
