Assembly & Test Technician (225-731)

An Assembly & Test Technician plays a crucial role in the manufacturing and quality control process of a company’s products. This position involves the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of mechanical and electronic components. The technician must ensure that all parts and products meet the required specifications and quality standards before they are released. Working closely with engineers and product designers, the technician helps in refining the products by providing insights and feedback from the assembly line. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in reading and understanding technical schematics and manuals. Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electronic components according to specifications and blueprints.
• Conduct tests on assembled components to ensure functionality and reliability.

Requirements

• Associate degree in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering field is preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in assembly and testing environments.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with experience in problem-solving techniques.
• Familiarity with tools and equipment used in assembly and testing processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards of workmanship are essential.
