Responsibilities

• Ensure all architectural works comply with local, state, and federal building codes.

• Modify designs to rectify challenges discovered during the building process.
• Research and apply innovative architectural strategies and sustainable building techniques.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to meet the client's expectations efficiently.
• Utilize advanced software tools for drafting and 3D modeling of architectural designs.
• Mentor junior architects in the firm to cultivate their professional growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Licensed as a professional architect with relevant accreditation.
• Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural drafting software.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
