UI/UX Designer (225-728)

Our company is searching for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our creative team and help us design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life and ensure that designs meet both user and business goals. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to optimize interface designs.
• Translate concepts into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness and usability).
• Adhere to style standards on typography and graphic design for consistency across brand platforms.
• Develop UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets.
• Work with the marketing team to create and lead the design for various campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products to inform design strategies.
• Balance user interface, aesthetics, and interaction design with technical feasibility.
• Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, and prototyping user experiences.
• Present design concepts and frameworks to team members and stakeholders clearly and compellingly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role in a digital product environment.
• Excellent visual design skills with proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous designs and projects, including web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; familiarity with responsive design principles.
• Ability to present and defend your design decisions clearly and concisely.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
