Job Description

As a Social Media Executive, you will play a crucial role in building and enhancing our brand's presence across various social media platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing postings, and driving social media strategies that align with our marketing goals. Responsibilities

  • Develop creative and engaging social media strategies to promote brand visibility.
  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Create dynamic content across social media platforms to promote audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with designers to produce compelling visual content for social media channels.
  • Monitor social media for customer comments and engage with audience to drive brand loyalty.
  • Analyze competitor activity and suggest improvements to improve performance on social media.
  • Gather and present data insights to inform content creation and social strategy decisions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns to increase audience reach.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Measure key social media metrics, such as audience growth, reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Organize online community engagement initiatives such as quizzes, contests, or live events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms and crafting engaging content.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data insights.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively under tight deadlines.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to anticipate and leverage industry trends.
