UX / UI Designer (225-808)

As a UX/UI Designer, you will be at the forefront of creating engaging and innovative user experiences for our digital platforms. Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand audience motivations, behaviors, and needs.

• Develop and maintain design systems and style guidelines for consistency.
• Utilize design thinking methodologies to solve complex user experience challenges.
• Iteratively test and refine designs based on user feedback and analytics insights.
• Ensure design deliverables align with the brand’s overall strategic direction.
• Liaise with developers to oversee the accurate implementation of designs.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in UX/UI.
• Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions with stakeholders.
• Advocate for accessibility and usability best practices in all design processes.
• Communicate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders effectively and clearly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Proven experience with UX/UI design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a history of impactful digital product designs.
• Excellent visual design skills with a focus on user-system interaction.
• Ability to conduct user research and usability testing effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present design ideas clearly.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage but not required.
