Job Description

A Retail Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction in a retail environment.   • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the store to enhance customer experience.
  • Keep abreast of competitor activities and suggest strategies to improve sales performance.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in a retail or sales environment is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage customers.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends when required.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business outcomes.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills would be an advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales is a plus.
