An Outdoor Sales Executive is a dynamic and proactive individual responsible for driving sales and expanding a company's market presence by working outside traditional office settings. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while achieving sales targets through effective communication and strategic planning. The Outdoor Sales Executive is expected to be a motivated self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and is adept at managing client queries and facilitating the complete sales process from start to finish. Success in this role is achieved by taking the initiative to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, nurturing long-term client relationships, and passionately representing the company's products and services in the field. This role often requires regular travel to meet with clients and attend networking events, making it ideal for someone who is adaptable and enjoys direct client interaction.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations for clients.
  • Negotiate sales contracts effectively to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports detailing performance metrics to management.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote company offerings.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Set and achieve sales targets within assigned territories or sales regions.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights.
  • Evaluate and improve sales strategies by assessing market trends and competitors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to track and manage sales activities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and industry events.
  • Enthusiastic, committed, and motivated to exceed sales targets and expectations.
