Responsibilities

  • Provide stellar customer service by welcoming and assisting guests with their needs.

  • Offer menu recommendations based on guests' preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of dining areas and preparation zones.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the service area.
  • Manage guest billing and payments efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist in set-up and breakdown of events as part of service responsibilities.
  • Provide training to new staff members on service standards and procedures.
  • Maintain a detailed knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including specials.
  • Engage with guests to build rapport and ensure their complete satisfaction.
  • Partake in inventory checks and assist in maintaining storeroom supplies.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar F&B service role.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English language.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen sense of detail orientation to maintain high service standards.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems and handling cash transactions efficiently.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during service hours.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as required.
